Make any night "pizza night" with this super quick and tasty recipe…including a mix of toppings including olives, artichokes, mushrooms and mozzarella for you to mix and match to your tastes.

2 thin crust pizza bases
10 whole pitted black olives
2 artichoke hearts
100g packet of prosciutto
Preheat oven & prepare toppings
Preheat oven to its highest setting on bake (not fan bake). Line a flat baking tray large enough to hold the pizza bases with tin foil. Slice the mushrooms and tear the prosciutto into large bite size pieces.
Evenly sprinkle a layer of mozzarella over the bases and top with mushrooms, artichokes, olives and prosciutto. Drizzle with olive oil (optional). Cook for 10 - 15 minutes until golden.
Slice in to wedges, top with fresh rocket and enjoy!
