Be sure to try our super easy beef and vegetable fried rice. Made with premium beef mince, seasonal veg and nutty brown rice tossed through oyster sauce.

30 Minutes. A healthy version on a classic takeaway.

Serves 2


350g Australian premium beef mince
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 cup brown rice
1 brown onion
1 carrot
1 buch Chinese broccoli


Add rice and 2 cups cold water to a medium pot and bring to the boil. When water starts to boil, turn heat down to a simmer and cover. Simmer for 25 minutes or until all the water has been absorbed. Remove from heat, cover and let stand for minimum 10 minutes.

Prepare vegetables
Cut asian greens into 2cm pieces. Finely dice carrot. Peel and finely dice the onion.

Cook stir-fry
Bring a fry pan or wok to high heat with a drizzle of olive oil. Add onion and stir-fry for 30 seconds. Add the mince and cook for 2 – 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and break up lumps as it browns. Add the carrot and greens. Stir-fry for 3 minutes. Add rice and sauce. Combine well and cook for a further minute. Remove from heat.

To serve
Spoon fried rice into bowls and enjoy!
