Get busy in the kitchen with this deliciously healthy Asian stir-fry. Made with lean lamb mince and seasonal broccoli finished with a soy and a sweet plum sauce!

30 Minutes. A speedy stir-fry for the whole family.

Serves 2


Australian premium lamb mince
2 tablespoons plum sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 broccoli head
1 red onion
1 cup long grain rice

Cook rice
Using absorption method, cook rice. Place the rice in saucepan with 2 cups of water. 
Bring to the boil and cook until liquid is absorbed. Remove from heat. Let
stand for 15 minutes.

Prepare veg
Peel and cut the onion into wedges.  Cut broccoli into small florets.

Cook veg & lamb
Bring a wok or a fry pan to high heat with a drizzle of olive oil. Stir-fry onion and broccoli for 3 – 4 minutes. Remove from pan.

Bring the same pan back to high heat with a drizzle of olive oil. Add lamb mince and stir-fry for 1 – 2 minutes, breaking up lumps as it browns. Add the plum & soy sauce and return the vegetables to the pan. Stir-fry for a further 1 - 2 minutes. Remove from heat. 

To serve
Fluff rice with a fork then spoon into bowls. Top with the stir-fry and any remaining sauce from the wok.
