Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver our fresh food boxes across greater Sydney, Canberra, Newcastle and the Central Coast.

Do I need to be home to accept my delivery?
We don’t expect you to get out of bed or wait around for your box! We deliver most of our meals during the night so you can pop them in the fridge when you wake up. All meals are delivered in chilled boxes with icepacks to keep them cool and fresh on your doorstep.
All deliveries are placed at your front door or the main entrance of apartment buildings. Please note: our drivers will not ring door bells or call / text mobile phones, even if requested.
How are meals delivered?
All of our deliveries are made in refrigerated NSW Food Authority licensed vans. Your meals are packed into a boxes with icepacks to keep your meals chilled and fresh after we deliver.
What do I do if my delivery is late?
In the rare instance your meals are late or you cannot locate your box after the delivery deadline, we ask that you check all other possible access points to your house or building before contacting us.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have not received your delivery within the allocated timeslot. With our GPS tracking system, our team will provide an update on your delivery as soon as possible.
