How does it work?
This is best explained in 3 simple steps:

1. You choose. Choose the meals you would like to cook each week.
2. We deliver. We deliver recipe cards and the finest locally sourced ingredients.
3. You Cook. Follow the step-by-step recipes to cook amazing meals.

Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver our fresh food boxes across greater Sydney, Canberra, Newcastle, the Southern Highlands and the Central Coast.

When do you deliver?
See the table below detailing details of our current delivery times to your area:

Do I need to be home to accept my delivery?

We don’t expect you to get out of bed or wait around for your box! All meals are delivered in chilled boxes with icepacks to keep them cool and fresh on your door step.

All deliveries are placed at your front door or the main entrance of apartment buildings. Please note: our drivers will not ring door bells or call / text mobile phones, even if requested.

How do I order meals?
We believe in flexibility and choice. That’s why we offer two ways for you to shop.

1. Sign up to a weekly subscription:

Our best value and most popular way to order. Perfect if you want to have meals delivered each week.

• You save on meals and delivery is always FREE.
• You choose your meals each week.
• There are no contracts.
• You can pause or cancel anytime you like.
• Available for a couple, a young family (two adults and two small children) or four adults.
• Cook 2, 3, 4 or 5 nights each week.
• Select your meals before midnight Monday each week.

2. Order meals for this week only:

Perfect if you can’t commit to a weekly deliver or you need a mix of meal sizes week to week. It’s also great if you want to gift someone meals or want to make entertaining easy.

• Simply select the meals you would like to cook from the menu
• Select the most convenient delivery date.
• Minimum order of $50.
• All orders must be placed by midnight Wednesday for Saturday and Monday delivery.
• Delivery fees apply

Where do you source your ingredients?
We only use the highest quality, locally sourced ingredients to ensure you get the best produce available all year round. From paddock to plate, we work with carefully selected local growers and producers. Our chicken and pork is free-range and our meat is sourced from ethical farms. We only use sustainable Australian seafood.

How long does it take to cook each meal?
Unless stated otherwise, all our recipes are all 20 to 30 minute meals from start to finish.

Are the meals easy to cook?
Yes! Our meals are designed to inspire both novice and confident cooks in the kitchen. Each recipe comes with a simple to follow recipe card that tells you how to prepare and cook each of the meals. If you are eager to get your partner or children cooking, our recipe kits are a great way to start.

How big are the meal portions?
We ensure all our meals are packed to consistent weights to ensure every serving is a healthy portion that represents good value for money. For example, our protein portions are on average 150g – 200g per person. Each meal is available in serving sizes for a couple, a young family (two adults and two small children) or four adults.

What comes with each meal?
Each meal kit contains a simple to follow recipe card with step-by-step instructions. All the ingredients are perfectly portioned to ensure there is no food waste. Where required all you need are a few pantry essentials; oil, salt, pepper, butter, sugar and milk.
